Terms and Conditions

4U Tours Site provides an online platform through which you can browse different types of services, including luxury tour package bookings, hotels, resorts and spas, serviced apartments bookings, etc. Through our Site, you make an offer to book a service at the price listed with terms and conditions stated on the Site. After process booking, 4U Tours will show acceptance of your booking via an e-mail confirmation or fax.

These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and / or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

For hotel information, our team tries to provide as much useful information as possible. However, each hotel remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the hotel information displayed on the Site. Changes in market conditions or circumstances may occur on short notice which may make information displayed on the Site inaccurate or outdated. In case of problems, our team will use its commercially reasonable efforts to assist you and serve as a point of contact with the hotel. Circumstances such as ongoing renovations, Hotel booking errors, and specific guest needs can affect the quality of your stay. Be sure to let us know any special requests or requirements you have at check-in.

1. Confirmation and Reservation with 4U Tours

We make your online reservation extremely satisfying, comfortable and without apprehension over your security, privacy and concern about online reservations.

Making an online reservation is easy. Just complete by clicking on BOOKING button or CONTACT US, making sure that you fill in all the information needed. As soon as we receive your request or your booking, there will be mail to notify you about the details of your request or booking and we will reply within 24 hours.

2. Currency Conversion

The currency and amount you see displayed on the final booking page is the amount 4U Tours will charge to your credit card. You may be given the option to pay in your credit card currency.

3. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please have a look at our Privacy Policy for further information.

4. Credit card and Payment

For pre-paid services, your credit card will be charged by 4U Tours for the full price (sometimes without any option for refund depending on the service you are booking) upon reservation and confirmation of the booking at the future point in time communicated in the confirmation email. If the credit card cannot be charged on such date for whatever reason, the booking will be cancelled and you will contact us for ensuring a later payment. Please check the reservation details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

4U Tours will process refunds, if and when applicable, within a reasonable timeframe. For certain circumstances, we will not charge your credit card, we may require credit card details in order to guarantee your booking.

In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, you should contact your bank or card issuer immediately upon becoming aware of such unauthorized use. If you suspect an unauthorized or fraudulent booking was made via 4U Tours, please Contact Us immediately.

In order to make a booking you must be over 18 years old (or the age of majority in those countries and territories where it is higher than 18) and have the full legal capacity to make the transaction (or have the authorization from your legal guardian). You undertake that the credit or debit card you are using is your own or that you are authorized to complete the booking with this card and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the transaction. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.

You undertake that the details you provide us with in making a booking are fully correct. 4U Tours reserves the right not to accept certain credit cards if the information is wrongly provided.

5. Deposit

Deposit of US$ 100 per person is required upon confirmation of booking tour. You have peace of mind until 2 months before departure dates. At that point, we would require full prepayment only 60 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges / fees to be paid by the client.

All the tour packages on this website operate on a pre-payment basis. Payment can be made either using a major credit card Visa, MasterCard and JCB. We accept payment by credit card online or offline at your convenience.

After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and / or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or e-mail.

6. Schedule of Passenger Payments

  • First deposit – nonrefundable USD 100 will be paid at time of confirmation
  • Final payment is paid 60 days before arrival

7. Booking conditions - Cancellations, No-Shows, Early Departure and Late Check-Out – Special Requests

By making a booking on our Site, you accept and agree to the relevant services’ booking conditions, including cancellation and no-show policies applicable to that booking, and to any additional terms and conditions of the service that may apply to your booking or during your stay, including for services rendered and / or products offered.

For Hotel booking, the general cancellation and no-show policy of each Hotel is made available on the Site at the Hotel information pages or under “Booking Conditions”, “Cancellation Policies” or the like, and in the confirmation email. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the Hotel’s cancellation and no-show policy, in some cases for the entire stay or the first night. We recommend that you read the cancellation and no-show policy of the Hotel carefully prior to making your reservation. If you fail to check in to your Hotel on time on the day of your reservation and do not alert the Hotel, the remaining portion of your reservation may be canceled and you may not be entitled to a refund, depending on the terms and conditions of the applicable Hotel. Please carefully check the Hotel details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. Some Hotels will charge extra for early or late check-outs.

All requests by passengers for cancellations must be received in writing regarding the Cancellation Policy, please find below for details:

·         There will be no charge but the non-refundable deposit at US$ 100 for cancellation made before 30 days prior to arrival date

·         A cancellation (if any) between 60 – 30 days prior to arrival will lead to 25% charge on total amount of the whole trip.

·         A cancellation (if any) between 30 – 22 days prior to arrival will lead to 30% charge on total amount of the whole trip

·         A cancellation (if any) between 21 – 15 days prior to arrival will lead to 50% charge on total amount of the whole trip

·         A cancellation (if any) between 14– 8 days prior to arrival will lead to 70% charge on total amount of the whole trip

·         A cancellation (if any) within 7 days prior to arrival will lead to 100% charge on total amount of the whole trip

**Additional air ticket cancellation charge may apply.

If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your booking, please revert to the confirmation email and contact us.

Special Request: If you have special requests, we have space for you to fill in when you process booking our services. Later on we will get back within 24 hours to verify that your special needs can be met. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability. Depending on the policy our services, your reservation will be refunded, canceled or modified if special needs cannot be met. If available, your request will be confirmed upon arrival.

8. Booking Amendment

Flexibility is our strongest point. You can amend your booking when it is made. Just contact us at sales@4UTours.com with your booking number. Our reservations team is glad to amend your booking accordingly.

 

9. Intellectual Property Rights - Trademark Notice

The mark “4U Tours”, as well as certain local language transliterations thereof is a registered trademark of or licensed to 4U Tours. Other product and company names identified on the Site may be the name, trademark, trade name, service mark, logo, symbol or other proprietary designation of 4U Tours, its licensor or associated companies or a third party. The use on the Site of any name, trade name, trademark, service mark, logo, symbol or other proprietary designation or marking of or belonging to any third-party, and the availability of specific goods or services from such third-party through the Site, should not be construed as an endorsement or sponsorship of the Site by any such third-party, or the participation by such third-party in the offering of goods, services or information through the Site. 4U Tours owns the copyright to the Site. You may not use 4U Tours intellectual property without our consent.

The Site contains copyright materials, trade names and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, apps, photos, graphics and may in future include video, graphics, music and sound.

Contents of the Site are protected by copyright law. Our copywriters are subject to the content of the Site. You may not copy and modify the content that we have created as our intellectual property.

You may use information from the Site for your own personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without our express permission and that of the copyright owner. For downloaded, please acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights.

10. Passport and Entry Visa

Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.


11. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details.

4U Tours strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation, loss of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.


12. Health Requirements

Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. Clients are solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. The Department of Health or medical practitioners will be able to assist with current health requirements and recommendations.


13. Liability

4U Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.

Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, 4U Tours will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.


14. Tour Operator's Responsibility    

4U Tours is inbound travel company. 
We make and secure all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing and accommodations for the tour concerned. Although we take great care in selecting these suppliers; we have no control over them and, therefore, cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. We act solely as agents for these independent suppliers. By utilizing the services of suppliers, you agree that neither 4U Tours nor any subsidiary or affiliate of 4U Tours shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay incurred by you or those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any acts or default of the suppliers or from any occurrence or condition beyond the control of 4U Tours, including defects in vehicles or breakdown in equipment. Nor shall 4U Tours be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay resulting directly or indirectly from delays, cancellations or changes in flights, itineraries, schedules, steamers or other services, strikes, theft, sickness, weather, quarantine or other causes. Law, tariffs or conditions on tickets may also limit suppliers’ liability and in particular you should read and understand the limitations of liability set forth in the airline ticket or other documentation. All accommodations, services and facilities are subject to the laws and customs of Socialist Republic of Vietnam. 4U Tours reserves the right to withdraw any tour in this program and to make such alterations in the itineraries as may be found desirable for the convenience of the parties or the proper operation of the tour, in which case the sole liability of 4U Tours shall be a refund of fees paid (to see the Alterations). 4U Tours reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour should such person's visa application is rejected or such person's actions mental condition, physical infirmity of general behavior impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other members of the tour.


15. Complaint & Claim  

Whenever you feel unsatisfied with any service 4U Tours has provided, please inform your local tour guide or your travel consultant immediately to avoid similar problems happening again either before or during your trip. If you want to complain or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days upon your finish of your tour. Please attach relevant receipts and substantiating evidence to the letter of claim. 4U Tours will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after you finish your tour.
