How To Book With Us?

We make your online reservation extremely satisfying, comfortable and without apprehension over your security, privacy and concern about online reservations.

Making an online reservation is easy. Just complete the reservations form:  BOOK TOUR or CONTACT 4U TOURS, making sure that you send us your e-mail address. As soon as we receive your request, we will reply within 24 hours.

 

Dietary Restriction Information

Any dietary restriction for guests must be received at least 3 months before tour in order that we  have sufficient time to discuss with various restaurants for menus.

 

Deposits & Payment Policy

Deposit of $100 (USD) per person is required upon confirmation of booking tour. You have peace of mind until 2 months before departure dates. At that point, we would require full prepayment only 60 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.

All the tour packages on this website operate on a pre-payment basis. Payment can be made either using a major credit card at 2.75% credit card fee (Visa, Mastercard only) or 4% for American Express Credit Card. We accept payment by credit card online or offline at your convenience.

After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or e-mail.

 

Booking Amendment

Flexiblility is our strongest point. You can amend your booking when it is made. Just contact us at sales@4utours.com with your booking number. Our team is glad to amend your booking accordingly.

 

Cancellation Policy


All requests by passengers for cancellations must be received in writing

 

Cancellation policy:

  1. 30 days before arrival: Non-refundable deposit of USD 100 upon tours services confirmation
  2. 15 - 29 days before arrival: minimum $100 up to maximum 10% of total amount cancellation fee will be applied
  3. 8 - 14 days before arrival: minimum $100 up to maximum 40% of total amount cancellation fee will be applied
  4. 7 days before arrival: 100 % of total amount cancellation fee will be applied
  5. No show: 100%

 

The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of god, war, government regulations, disasters, strikes, or other emergencies making it inaccessible, illegal or impossible to provide the facilities or hold the meeting, incentive or convention. It is provided that this agreement may be terminated for any of the parties for any of the above-mentioned reasons by written notice only from one of the parties to the other.

Air ticket Policy

Date and Time:

  1. 40 days before arrival: Confirm number of ticket request for depositing
  2. 30 days before arrival: Submit name list to the Airlines
  3. 15 days before arrival: Confirm name list for Issuing tickets

 

Wash down and Cancellation policy:

  1. All people of the group must travel together during the whole route
  2. After deposit, the Airlines allow for wash down up to 10% total number of ticket. The excess number will be charged 20% ticket price / guest
  3. Refund fee: 10% ticket price / guest + 20% ticket price if the total number of ticket unused is over 10% total number of ticket deposited.
  4. Ticket used 1 route: non-refundable

 

Liability

4U Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.

Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, 4U Tours will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.

 

Passport and Entry Visa

Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.

An accurate passport in full will be required 2 months prior to trip starts, this is the purpose for airline seats guarantee and hotel reservations

 

The following information is required:

  1. Name in full (shows on the passport)
  2. Gender
  3. Nationality
  4. Date of Birth
  5. Passport Number & Expiry Date

 

 
Meals

As indicated in the itinerary, based on a table d’hôte menu at hotels and local restaurants; B = Buffet breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner. For any dietary restrictions, please notify SFE in advance.

 

Baggage Weight Restrictions Are Strictly Enforced

Check baggage allowance is 44lb or 20kg for economy class. For reasons of safety as well as the physical capacity of the aircraft, if your luggage is overweight, you will incur considerable extra costs and should be paid on the spot.

 

Optional Expenses

Charges for extra meals, transportation, sightseeing services, night entertainments, dinner transfers or other optional additions to your established itinerary are your responsibility and must be paid locally.

 

Dining With Your Guides & Drivers

On days when lunch or dinner has not been included in your itinerary (or in your tour cost), you may, at your discretion, choose to invite your guide and driver to dine with your family. You are under no obligation to do so but, if you do extend such an invitation, the guide and driver are your guests and you will be responsible for the cost of their meals.

 

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details.

4U Tours strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
